Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Active contribution to the creation of local marketing and promotional plans, as well as visit plans
· Collecting, analyzing and evaluating market data and making recommendations for operational plans
· Developing and implementing programs that create added value for key stakeholders (healthcare institutions, healthcare workers, decision-makers)
· Adopting innovative and digital solutions and supporting modernization projects with the aim of business transformation
· Preparing and delivering regular progress, performance, and change reports, with a special focus on analytical data and field insights, in conjunction with the team
· Organizing and executing events, promotional campaigns, presentations and visit plans for healthcare professionals, institutions, and decision-makers
· Direct communication with targeted healthcare institutions about products within assigned therapeutic area
· Ensuring that all promotional plans and activities are conducted in accordance with applicable legal regulations, internal rules and ethical codes.
Minimum requirements:
· Master's or other postgraduate degree in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in relevant jobs, such as sales, promotion of pharmaceutical products
· Experience of regular field activities, visits to key clients, and interaction with healthcare entities
· Experience in applying digital tools and solutions, as well as modernizing operational methods to increase efficiency and performance
· Working knowledge of the Healthcare System and research procedures as well as the guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
· Capable of self-directed learning and having a growth mindset
· Capable to adapt, organize, prioritize, and work effectively and collaboratively on multifunctional teams in a dynamic field-based environment
· Fluent English & Local language
