Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Developing strategies and implementing operational plans for product access and value demonstration, with regular reporting on progress and results of implementation.
· Conducting market analysis and defining concrete steps for strategic goals realization, and reporting on identified trends and recommendations for future actions.
· Creating access plans for assigned therapeutic areas, drugs and products, forecasting costs and evaluating results through specific indicators.
· Leading health economics research and real-world data analysis for informed decision-making and delivering summary findings to relevant stakeholders.
· Preparing all necessary documentation in accordance with the requirements of relevant regulatory bodies.
· Gathering and managing key clinical, economic and regulatory information, with transparent reporting towards relevant bodies and internal teams.
· Building relationships with all key internal and external partners.
· Continuously monitoring market, competition and regulatory changes and optimizing strategies in line with these insights, while timely informing superiors about recommended adjustments.
· Maintaining compliance with ethical norms and regulatory framework for the protection of confidential data, with reporting on conducted audits and adherence to standards.
Minimum requirements:
· Master's or other postgraduate degree in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry.
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, health economics
· Experience in coordinating complex projects
· Experience in market analysis, access strategies, and data evaluation.
· Working knowledge of the Healthcare System and research procedures as well as the guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
· Capable of self-directed learning and having a growth mindset
· Capable to adapt, organize, prioritize, and work effectively and collaboratively on multifunctional teams in a dynamic field-based environment
· Fluent English & Local language
